       1. Processing Time

• • All orders are processed & sent from our Sunshine Coast base
  • All orders received before 12pm will be shipped same day

       2. Shipping Rates

       3. Order Tracking

• • Tracking information will be emailed through after items are dispatched
    

      4. Shipping Restrictions

• • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes & some remote locations. Currently no international shipping
    

      5. Delays

• • All shipping is through Australia Post. Birdie Mafia is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
