At Birdie Mafia customer satisfaction is our top priority if you are not 100% happy with your purchase we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. 

To start a return please email hello@birdiemafia.com.au  please include your order number.

Exceptions:

Clothing must be unworn, any evidence of wear will void the return policy 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, please note it will take up to 10 business days for amount to appear in your account. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@birdiemafia.com.au.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you are after is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
